You choose your model, add your photos (and the requested elements), and view the real-time preview before adding to the cart.
Once the order is confirmed, we start production exactly with the information you entered.

You can see the final result before adding it to your cart.
⚠️ We print exactly what you confirm.
So make sure everything is correct (text, photos, model, etc.) before confirming your order.

Once the order is confirmed, production starts quickly.
If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page with your order number.
👉 If production has not yet started, we will do our best to help you.
👉 If the t-shirt is already in production, modification will unfortunately no longer be possible.
What material are your t-shirts made of?

Our t-shirts are made from 100% quality cotton, soft and comfortable.
They are designed to be pleasant to wear daily and resistant to washing.
The printing is done using Premium DTF, which guarantees:
- Excellent durability over time
- Intense colors
- Good wash resistance
👉 We recommend washing at 30°C, inside out, to preserve the design.

We recommend comparing the measurements provided with a t-shirt you already own to avoid any errors.
If you are unsure between two sizes:
- Standard fit → take your usual size
- For a more oversized look → take one size up

Each t-shirt is personalized and made to order.
🛠️ Production time: 3 to 4 days
This period may vary slightly depending on the volume of current orders (special periods, holidays, etc.).
👉 Orders with express delivery are prioritized for production.
👉 Standard delivery orders follow the usual order.
Once production is complete, the order is then shipped.

Once your t-shirt is produced and ready, we will proceed with shipping.
🚚 Delivery time: approximately 48 hours
Delivery is handled by:
- La Poste (mailbox delivery)
- Our partner Livali
⚠️ The 48 hours refer only to the transit time after dispatch, and not after order confirmation.
Total delivery time = Production (3–4 days) + Delivery (approx. 48 hours)

Can I pay cash on delivery for the t-shirt?

No.
Our t-shirts are customized and printed to order.
Since printing is irreversible, we do not offer cash on delivery.
In addition, deliveries are made by La Poste or our partner Livali, neither of which allows for the collection of money on our behalf.
Payment must therefore be made online at the time of order.

Can I exchange my T-shirt?
Our t-shirts are customized and printed to order.
For this reason, exchanges or returns are not possible in case of an error related to the information entered during the order.
👉 We print exactly what you validate (text, size, model, etc.).
We therefore invite you to carefully check all items before confirming your order, and to consult the size guide.
✅ However:
If an error comes from our side
(wrong size sent, printing defect, production problem…)
👉 We will prioritize handling the situation.
👉 An exchange or an appropriate solution will be quickly proposed by our customer service.
Our goal remains your satisfaction.

After your order has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically.
If you have not received it:
1️⃣ Check your spam/junk folder
2️⃣ Check that the email address entered is correct
Sometimes a small error in the email can prevent the message from being received.
If you still can't find anything, contact us with:
- Your name
- The order date
- The amount paid
We will immediately check the situation.

The deduction simply corresponds to the validation of your order.
Our t-shirts are customized and made to order, which means there is a production time before shipping.

👉 Delivery to Reunion Island: approximately 48 hours after dispatch
If you have been charged, it means that your order has been successfully registered and is being processed.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.

👉 If the t-shirt is already in production, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to change the size.
We always recommend checking the size guide before confirming your order.

The principle is the same.
If you wish to modify the template after validation, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order is not yet in production, we can adjust the modification.
If printing has started, no changes will be possible.

Cancellations are only possible if production has not yet started.
Since our t-shirts are customized and made to order, once printing has begun, cancellation will no longer be possible.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number so that we can check the production status.

If you made a mistake in the address, please contact us as soon as possible.
👉 If the order has not yet been shipped, we can correct the address.
👉 If the package is already in transit, we will unfortunately no longer be able to intervene.
Always remember to check your address before validating to avoid any delays.
🚚 DELIVERY ISSUES

The parcel is stuck or returned to sender
Sometimes a package may be temporarily held by the carrier (incomplete address, inaccessible mailbox, repeated absence, etc.).
In this case:
👉 First, check the information provided in the package tracking.
👉 If the status doesn't change for several days, contact us with your order number.
If the package is returned to the sender:
- We will contact you upon receipt of the return
- We will verify the address together
- A new shipment can be arranged
⚠️ Reshipping fees may apply if the error is due to an incorrect address provided during the order.

If you have received a different item from the one you ordered, we apologize.
👉 Please contact us quickly with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the t-shirt received
- A photo of the label/model
This will allow us to investigate the situation and process your request as a priority.
If the error is on our part, an exchange will of course be arranged at no additional cost.
Our goal is for you to receive exactly what you ordered.
